It's bull crap and the ppl on the jury should have paid attention and realized it was not capital murder because she did not know to hurt him or kill him and it was not the INTENT to kill. It's fucking bull shit.

i pray hannah gets her appeal one day. I know that she is still in there and she recently wrote a letter to the free hannah "foundation" or petition. I really hope she is freed. There is a very slim chance she even knew salt poisoning was real let alone her son which ate everything was going to die from it. I pray her son is in a better place, even though he was adopted you can see she really cared. And what kind of Person will convict a woman becuase they think the boy could have been saved??

and finally, even if the prosecution proved the worst scenario they put forward then it isn't first degree murder, I'm no legal expert but it sounds like that would be manslaughter.

She doesn't regret him living with her? he would still be alive if he hadn't, In Wales if you tried to adopt someone and told them you were religious homeschoolers with 4/5 children you would be ignored.

I don't believe she killed that child for one minute. It's wrong to withhold evidence in any case much less one for capital murder. What happened with the defense? Could be the judge .....in any case, Hannah does not deserve to be in jail for even 10 minutes. Of course he wasn't normal. No kid could even be forced to ingest that much salt. It was pica.
