陳氏太極養生功關節活動
第十二式:彈抖放鬆
預備動作兩腳張開與肩同寬,成自然站立姿勢。全身放鬆,鬆肩沉肘,虛領頂勁,心氣下降,屈膝鬆胯,落地生根,前腳掌微含抓貼地。頭頸部保持正直,兩眼平視前方,唇齒微合,­舌尖輕頂上顎。
分解動一,右腳向右前上一步,兩手提至前方。
分解動二,左腳提起右腳支稱地,兩手往身後。
分解動三,同時左腳往前下方蹬與兩手甩出。
分解動四,左腳往左跨一步(腳跟先着地),兩手隨後帶過身前。
分解動五,重心移至左腳,兩手往身後,右腳提起。
分解動六,同時右腳往前下方蹬與兩手甩出。
此動作要做到順利有節奏韻律之感,順間提入正氣,順間甩出濁氣。
左右移位,轉變為90度,呼吸時,提吸甩呼。

此彈抖放鬆是在練習功法時,常取用的動作,初學者一般要達到全身放鬆的情況,是不容易,亦先把站立單腳踢蹬做好,在練甩手,已熟練好在融並在一起練習,其就能事倍功半,在­變腳時轉換中即能甩出韻律感的節拍。
