  • White collar prison life is very much "prison life." The only reason other criminals are kept locked up so tightly is because they're a threat to themselves and others. The expense of locking up white collar criminals is unnecessary and unjustifiable due to their low risk of escape or violence. Where Pavlo stayed was a cramped unairconditioned camp within the grounds of the Marion, IL penitentiary. The conditions were just as bad or worse than in the big house.

    Its minimum security, in other words there are only gona be petty criminals there (like other white collar criminals)
