I have watched this several times and each time it gets to me. My dad was a Green Devil and fought here. In fact for just a few seconds he's in this video. I have a book with a photo in it which is a still from the newsreel footage used. Cracking video!!!

my grandad fought in this battle he was a german paratrooper, he was left in a coma for several days and left with a bullet hole and shrapnel in his head amazing to think he lived and fought through this, only lost his 4 years ago R.I.P grandad i love and miss you mate :-(
