the only time i have seen someone fully complete a quad twist it has been a cheerleader or a tricker, sometimes form can hold you back from your full potential

I'm sure if you asked a gymnast to do a stunt they wouldn't know where to start. They're both good sports but I'm kind of loosing respect for gymnasts because they're so rude on youtube and always commenting on cheerleaders "form" I'm sure also that they're are a lot of gymnasts who have bad form too. We're humans not robots who do everything perfect.

Most cheerleaders have bad form because they're not coached individually by their coaches & when they compete they don't really care about form that much. Of course the judges say what they want to see but as long as you can do it you pretty much get full credit for it. Some cheerleaders though have great form, most of them who don't probably don't care or are just glad they have the skill. And cheerleading isn't a piece of shit the last time I checked and it isn't all about tumbling.
