So,...there was a challenge set in the hoop communtiy and I gave it a whirl! We were to do a 2 minute video with no hands! No Gripping the Hoop! All the breaks, reverses, and lifts were done with my wrists and I have the red marks to prove it. This was fun and hope for more opportunities to push my limits. Enjoy!
