  • Actually, actor Tom Hanks was Abraham Lincoln and there may have been a twin Lincoln who came back as actor Leonard Nimoy.

  • @Frogstomp121 The ancient texts clearly indicate that reincarnation is NOT optional. Actually I would prefer people use the word "re-birth" instead of reincarnation. Only when individual Karmas are exhausted in successive lives does the Individual becomes Incarnate and on passing can choose to reincarnate on Earth as Son of God. Not the best expression but the closest I can find in Western Terminology.

Its a subtle but important difference

  • I think Stuart Wilde is Gengis Khan. did a little reasearch myself

  • Where is Ahtun Re?

  • Some good books for people wanting to understand more about reincarnation:

    Backwards, by Nanci Danison

Chosen to Believe, by Angela Grubbs

Journey of Souls, by Michael Newton

Only Love is Real, by Brian Weiss

  • I believe that reincarnation is optional. I think we return home after this life is over and we become our own sole judge, with input from our guides, and we critque our most recent past life and decide if we have loved enough, with the point of reincarnation being that we experience as many angles of life as possible in order to understand the meaning of the words unconditional love.

If we did not love enough we may choose to come back in order to fix things.

  • The question, if one truly understands and believes the evidence of reincarnation, its a truly relaxing thought (I will exist forever). But the question no one asks is, "If I exist forever, then does that mean reincarnating...is forever? How does one escape this "sentence" of reincarnation?

  • BRAVO! people please! reincarnation has little to do with religion, it is nature. It shows itself all around us. Take a look at the evidence. The understanding of reincarnation will give you peace. Keep an open mind.

Thank you Dr. Walter Semkiw for braving this research and bringing it to the people. (way to go John Adams!)

    Peace out.

  • Dr. Walter Semkiw's books "Return of the Revolutionaries, The Case for Reincarnation & Soul Groups Reunited" and "Born Again, Reincarnation Cases involving International Celebrities, India's Political Legends and Film Stars" case after case after case detailed. For any open minded person looking for answers to their own questions about past lives, these current works are well worth your time!

  • thank you Newsweek, this gentleman is on to something!

He is helping answer some of man's most-often asked questions: "Where have we come from? What are we? Where are we going?

    Bravo to Dr. Semkiw!
