FIRST PRIZE WINNER: ISAF - Proud 2 Serve

This video, submitted by Andreas Zapoudinis of Greece, was one of three first prize winners in the "Why Afghanistan Matters" video contest.

About winning, Mr. Zapoudinis had the following to say: "Through my video I hope many people will know all the truth about this war, the real past and the current situation. He also indicated that Afghanistan will need everyone's help for a better future. "As ISAF is following the spirit of Alexander the Great, as Greek ideas and values he shared with all the world are alive in the high peaks and deep valleys of this wonderful place, hope will never die in the hearts of our troops, and smiles will come again to the childrens' faces.

In the acts of the Apostles (chapter 16, verses 11-15 & 17 verses 1-15, Pauls journey to Macedonia) there is a description of Macedonia and we can see the names of its cities Philippoi, Thessaloniki (not Solun), Neapolis, Amphipolis, Appolonia, Beroia all GREEK names. Apostle Paul and Silas also mention the ethnicities that found in Macedonia, Jews, Romans, Greeks. There is no mention of a Macedonian ethnicity separate from the Greek nation, Macedonians are identified as Greeks.
