aww super happy to find this video, both times i was in china i basically begged for cabbage every night from my host family. Now that im back home i miss eating it.
And all the comments about his english, I've been studying mandarin chinese for 5 yearsnow and even went to one of the best highschool in beijing to work on my chinese for three months & chinese people can still tell im a foreigner. The same way we can tell he is too. Get over it!

That's what I like to see, a concise vid with clear instructions on how to make something. Enjoyable and to the point.

Wedgeytables :D hes so cool

those of you knocking on his english, how about you try speaking one of the thousands of chinese dialects and see if you speak correctly. i'd say his english is pretty good for it being a 2nd language.
the cabbage is fried b/c there is oil! in case you didn't notice he video was edited to fast forward the cooking process.

you try learning chinese and see if your accent doesnt sound fake.
this guy is trying to articulate words as best as he can. that's why he takes his time, in case you didn't pick that up.
notice when he says village with a "w",
yea that's not fake. i think you are ignorant to ethnic cultural tongues
