I loooove this, Penni! I scoured YouTube to find a tour of a raw kitchen and this is fab! :)

Good video.

Wow, you use packing tape too? We are so alike. Cosmic twiins even. So facinating.

I saw in your part 1 episode that you have sourdough in a jar. Do you make raw "sourdough bread?"
-
I love my 'banana slicer' for making dehydrated banana slices - couple bucks at the kitchen store
Can you tell us where you got your long handled measuring spoons?
Can you give any additional (label?) info on your shredder set from the Asian market - I would love that!
Thanks Penni ~

Wow Penni ~ I love these kitchen videos! You asked about other 'necessities' - ha!
microplane zester (& nutmeg zester)
metal melon baller - try it - works FANTASTIC for young thai co. meat!!
Kuhn Rikon Piranha 7-1/4-Inch Swivel Peeler (Amazon has this) is THE BEST peeler - wouldn't be without it.
wide mouth funnel - use it daily!
egg slicer for mushrooms and strawberries
digital scale - love it!

I need to fly you out here, and re-vamp our kitchen LOL

I put some sunflower seeds into it this morning but I hadn't used it for a while before that.
If you're able to sprout well with jars etc then you might not need it. I just couldn't seem to get the hang of jar sprouting though . . .
Certainly cheaper than diamonds for your next gift occasion :-)
One of these days I should really get myself a juicer!
I did get one of those fresh life sprouters because simple jar sprouting seemed to go wrong for me ...
You have a treasure house of equipment there Penni :-)

Tell me, Anthony....would you recommend the Fresh Life Sprouter? That's the number 1 item on my wish list. Do you use it?

I store all my flours in glass jars in the refrigerator and the flours are usually good for at least 6 months, or longer if you can store them in the freezer.
