Yeah, he definitely screams because its a fake city. If they wanted to use poor 2d rendering the panel would have been much father away

@demunpt C2 has not a happy ending and it's better than tdr2000's ending. You just didn't understand my anger and fury with this ending. They could have done a better badder one! Carmageddon 3 should 've been the best carmageddon in the series, but no! they screwed it up!
