On 2/15/2008, a bus was pulled over in Gilbert Arizona because a student (Sammy Taylor) was talking on her cell phone. the bus driver (Kim Sullivin) tried to disipline Sammy to stop talking on her phone. Sammy got up & tried to get off the bus. the bus driver forced Sammy back to her seat. Sammy called her mother & tried to make the bus driver talk to her. however, the driver threw the phone on her seat & Sammy's friend, (Cassandra) tried to help Sammy but about 5 more minutes of name calling & arguments, A struggle between Sammy & the driver explodes into hair pulling & punching, the bus driver's daughter (Erin Sullivin) jumps out of her seat, rushes to her mothers aid by pulling Sammy's & Cassandra's hair out. Cassandra tries to aid Sammy but she gets outnumbered & stomped on. Other pedestrians banged on the door trying to get in, but the bus driver didn't allow it. later, everyone on the bus starts screaming & most teens pulled out their cell phones & called 911. when the struggle subsides, sammy is in major pain due to the bus driver pulled out her earring. everyone evacuates the bus & with futher information, Sammy, Erin, Kim, & Cassandra are charged with assault. Sammy was sentenced to 6 months in a juvinile detention. Kim was on temporarly leave. Erin & Cassandra were sentenced to have a anger management class for the next 2 months.

  • i hate it when adults just expect the youth to respect them.

  • Who's the adult, and who's the kid? The brat should've just gotten off the phone when she was asked! They were on the way home. What could be so important that the phone call couldn't wait? Yes the bus driver shouldn't have touched the girl. There's no excuse for that. But all of that would've been avoided if the brat didn't throw a tantrum because she didn't want to get off the phone. 'What's so wrong about being on the phone?' NOTHING. But she should've just done what she was asked.

  • @nalyDmI I hate when little brats think they're special.

  • wow my moms a bus driver and bus drivers are not allowed to tuch the students hey will be but to life jail were i like but if i was on the bus i would of jumped up and kicked the bus drivers fucken ass for tuching a student

  • How the hell can a driver do anything like this...if I was the mother of these kids that drive would be dead!

  • @HelloKellen AGREED.

  • @Paulciucci12 you are an idiot

  • @Paulciucci12 I'm sorry. That was pretty rude. What I'm saying is that all that could've been avoided. They were on the way home. Its not a big deal to be on the phone but when the bus driver asked her to get off, she should've done so instead of making a big scene which lead to the bus driver touching her. That little girl was rude. The bus driver was just doing her job.

  • @989lmao On the way home? Wow. Then the phone call REALLY could've waited.

  • @Paulciucci12 Okay kid, before you start yapping back, make sure your grammar is correct. Just because her mom calls doesn't mean its okay to answer the phone. She could've just told her mom she'd call her back. They were on the way home! And like I said before, the bus driver has no reason to touch the girl (I agree on that). All that would've been avoided if that BRAT did what she was asked. How hard is that to understand?
