    MULTITOUCH was not patented by apple, neither microsoft, MULTITOUCH is a techgnology that's been around for a while now, there been products with MULTITOUCH for years, but with the techgnology of now days , Windows Vista for example, have let companys like microsoft and apple take advantage of it.
