Takashi Murakami Interview At Louis Vuitton Gala

The event was hosted by Louis Vuitton and its artistic director Marc Jacobs. Kanye West also performed. I think alot of Murakami's critics don't see how severely directionless and consumerist modern Japanese culture is or don't like to admit how pathological modern Japan is. Also, they don't realise how open Murakami is about, well, doing it for the money!

But I do agree that the "Little Boy" stuff is WAY exagerated.
