Hello. Heavy user here. I'd say weed is more of a habituating substance rather than an addictive one. Like chocolate, you can crave it, but that doesn't mean you're addicted to it; if I flush a person's chocolate stash down the toilet, they're not going to go through gross physiological changes. Same with weed.
Where I live, it's a bit harder to come by, so, every once in a blue moon, I have to make due without. And, other than being a little irritable the first day, I'm fine.
