I have that same pair of pink/black/grey socks.
I can't decide whether my favorite part is the sun, the waterfall, or the quicksand. Great job with a great song. :D

I've attempted stop motion myself, you can easily get caught up in the technical detail and lose what you're trying to express. What you did is really quite good in the face of that challenge.
