  • If you mean water mixed with whey protein then that's okay. I wouldn't necessarily use it as a meal replacement but rather in between meals and ESPECIALLY after a resistance or weight work out. However, it you're on the go then I see no problem as an occasional meal replacement. Thanks for watching, good luck!
