  • Fucking awesome! Keep at it gentlemen!!!

  • Muskegon, U.P. Michigan? A lot of good lifters in Michigan live in the U.P.

  • Very, very nice guys in this video - not aggressive, just all round nice blokes. However, their training I noticed leaves a lot to be desired. Almost all the reps that I saw demonstrated resistance levels that were far too high; muscular contractions were nowhere near their fullest range of possible movement, including that of the compound exercises; speed of movement was also far too fast; and finally, the 6 day a week routine mentioned is far too excessive.

  • what the name of this song ?????

  • A stronger body = A stronger mind.

You tell me any type of SUCCESSFUL MMA/Boxer champion that looks like homer simpson.

  • I know, he's an idiot.

  • ahh shutup man, you said the EXAT same quote on a different video. Everything you do, every move you make is done by muscles, if you have strong, conditioned and well built muiscles, then you will have a better chance of wining a fight. Combined with technique and experience in fighting, then YOULL KNOCK OUT EVERYBODY. so dont preach here on some bullshit like u know something.

  • Great video! Not many people have the stamina to endure the training you do. Body building is much more than lifting to build, it's a entire way of life! If you strive to be the very best I have no doubt in my mind you will achive your goals. Keep up the hard work!
