Looks like the Chapman Whitney Streetwalkers was the backing band.
Whitney (ex-Family), Ian Wallace (ex-King Crimson), John Wetton (Uriah Heep, Family, Asia and King Crimson) and Tim Hinkley (on keyboards not bass!).
