oh honey I got them from a sports magazine called SHAPE years ago. Message me if you want me to spell them out for you - I am not sure I have the original article, and if I had it it would be in German.
I can try and explain in English what you have to do but it will be hard, I'lls train my vocabulary :)) but I can give you instructions, no problem let me know!

They would be in the same section as the lotions. I got faster results with the patches and cellulite lotion. I used the patches three times a week and i think there are 3 in a box but it really works and well worth the money. I didn't use the supplements because i'm not a fan of taking pills.

NO i haven't been taking the supplements but I should start. I'll go get some, i really didn't think it mattered but i should to stay healthy. I'm so proud of the results

exaclty :))) and they show massages i ve been doing for yrs to PREVENT cellulite i ve done it with any product and they really work, if sth s begun to show up on my skin coz i d been too lazy i quickly took up the massage again and it makes them disappear.
i did them with ANY product, lotion, oil, and they work ;)

Awesome It's working out for you girl ! Have u been taking the supplements too ? I started back on the Nivea program myself - this time actually dieting which so so hard. Im trying not to eat as much carbs like bread and pasta ( which I live on ) but so far so good i guess. I'm glad its going well for you though ! keep it up
