Baltimore people are all about gettin that govt money and shameless about it. Every time I go to the grocery store I have to wait while the lady in front of me sorts through her different food stamp cards and asks questions about what she can use them for. They get money for everything else, why not prostitution. Prostitution should be legal. This is no more ridiculous to me than regular welfare.
