I find it difficult to arouse a spiritual "hook" without concentrating upon my previous kundalini experiences.. However I maintain that it is important not to go into healing and visualization practices with heightened expectations. We recognize the kundalini as the primordial self force which is indivisible with our souls . Therefore, for supreme kundalini arousal, should one align oneself with the kundalini or hand the steering wheel to the snakes and take notes?

this before science.. sort of. either not there yet. or just a bunch of particle vibrations.

sometimes it feels like i am watching something dying. followed by huge bursts of bliss. no negative side effects but i find it hard to feel satisfied since i have started kundalini. what do you suggest bud?
