We filled a 15.5 gallon stainless keg with water to keep the plasma cutter from burning the inside. Once done, the inside is clean and free from smoke and slag. We also made a simple jig that lets us cut perfect circles on kegs all day long. The first keg needed lots of scrubbing because we didn't fill it all the way up. The water doesn't hurt the cutter and it keeps the smoke and heat down as well. Another minute with the grinder and she is all set. Next we build the brew stand.
