We rode the all-new 2009 Yamaha Raptor 700R Special Edition model at the Imperial Sand Dunes SVRA (Glamis) in Southern California. Come join us for the ride as we bump and jump and this big thumper.

  • damm so ur saying that you can ride on sand whit stock tires?

  • Yes, easily! In fact, a Raptor with stock tires can climb China Wall. And stock tires improve handling. I should say, improve cornering or sliding. Roosting or carving a bowl is much easier as the stock tires won't hook up like a paddle tire.
