Kaboooosh!!! - July 4th, 2011

I saw a man today at 7-Eleven who was talking to himself, screaming random things into a trash can and moving his hands in the air like he was at a rave or something. At first I thought, wow... this guy REALLY needs to lay off the crack but then I thought about myself. I do all of those things on a daily basis. Well, minus the crack. I am a sober crackhead! Should I seek help? I don't think a therapist could really do anything for me and rehab is pretty much pointless in my case. Am I ok? These vlogs are making me realize just how much of a nutcase I really am.
