Reyna was born in Miami, FL in the golden year of 1983, the descendant of Jewish Cuban settlers who founded Cuba's first synagogue. As would any child with an illustrious path, she developed a passion for musicals, a mild obsession for Barbara Streisand, and an affinity for the soundtrack of Fiddler on the Roof.

At age 6, she re-recorded the entire Wizard of Oz on her family's VHS camcorder, performing each role, singing each song, and speaking for each character (video is available upon request). At age 11 she learned piano and guitar, performing regularly at shabat dinners and family events. At age 16, she dated a young Jewish man with conservative views who put down her talent for song and dance. He told her to "get real", which she eventually does, when she picks up the guitar again at age 23. Within weeks she writes 10 songs.

Reyna now lives in sunny Brooklyn, NY where she continues to write music and work on her sound.
