Building a small table saw from an old skill saw. I do not recommend doing this, but I didn't want to buy a small table saw as I don't have a huge need for one. I am sure I am not the first to do this and it is not the safest thing to do, but it works just fine. If anybody would do the same, please take extreme caution operating it. After a few cuts and using other tools with an extension cord I realized that it needed a separate switch as having many cords of other tools could get confusing and the WRONG tool could be easily plugged in. If one intended to plug in another tool and accidentally plugged in this invention there could be an unhappy incident.

  • @jumukene65

Hi...Thanks for watching the video! I don't remember what the proper name for that board is, (table top) but it is made up of a sawdust type of material that is glued and compressed. The rest is like a chip board too...I am bad at remembering the proper names for this stuff, it was just some odd and ends that I had lying around. Thanks again.

  • @jumukene65 Just one more thing. Any strong and smooth board should work to do this.

  • I trust FOX news more than that table saw, lol.

  • @heavym3tal

Ya know, that is pretty funny and I'll have to spend some thought on it!

  • Ho made alright!

  • @zapwatt Sorry, the Hos didn't want to be shown in the video but they did have a part.
