@GuydeBres It was Kee that did not want to go again with Europe, although he participated in 2000 reunion concert.

@FenderStratocaster06 Unfortunately I never saw them live with Kee, though I wish I had! The couple of Norum songs I heard played by Kee sounded perfect though. But that's not really what I'm judging this on - it's on pure technique and phrasing, and Kee is streets ahead of Norum in that regard. I will disregard tone though, as that's mostly subjective. Same with the Don Dokken band for example - Norum was really outgunned by Billy White. Not to dump on Norum, because I do think he's awesome!

@MrMatthiasSchneider I know what you mean, but how is his technique better? People say Norum can't play Kee's solos but you can say the same about Kee playing norums solos, If Kee was such much better he could play Norums stuff, but I do like Kee!

@FenderStratocaster06 Kee Marcello is most definitely better than Norum. It's cool if you like Norum's style better, but Marcello is better in every respect - technique, tone and above all phrasing.

I've played guitar for 20 years, and I can tell you that Kee Marcello blows Norum out of the water. Norum is a great guitar player, but Marcello is excellent.
He not only plays better, but he is also a more versatile guitar player, and a better song writer.
Europe should keep both Norum and Marcello. Now that would be the best Europe!
