Carmax Won't Call

Carmax is a great car buying experience....however they should be more thorough on on checking load capacity of batteries.....it should have lasted longer. The manager at the Independence Store in Charlotte , NC told us he would compensate my wife for the money that she had to shell out for a battery if she faxed a copy of the reciept....then silence ....no reply....no returning of calls.
