This video shows you there were some CRUCIAL laws passed just in the past 4 years, regarding the presidents right to declare martial law without PERMISSION FROM CONGRESS! 4 years ago Bush erased the line between military and civilian forces and abolished the Posse Comitatus Act from 1878, that keeps the military from policing the nation!

He did this in Section 1076 of the newly amended "Insurrection Act" of 2006.
FURTHERMORE, the ENTIRE HOMELAND SECURITY PANEL has been DENIED access to the recent PDD-51 plan that contains the new plan of action for Martial Law!

The PDD-51 act passed by Bush on May 9, 2007 allows a President to declare martial law in the event of an emergency such as a PANDEMIC or a terrorist attack! It allows him to do so WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF CONGRESS! And it allows him to VOID THE CONSTITUTION in the event of such an "emergency"!

Don't go making a frenzy. In the case of martial law, as long as it doesn't have some evil purpose, it can be used to make sure we have enough military members protecting us from individuals who might be a serious threat. If we have made enough enemies abroad that we have individuals willing to wage war on our soil, our police force may not be able to handle the threat by itself.

If they start rounding up innocent civilians though....
