Green Cheek Conure Parrot uses Tool

This is Froggie, my 7 month old Green-Cheeked Conure using a plastic vegetable clip to scratch her head. She's getting her adult feathers and her head is very itchy! I wish the quality was better, I will try to get another one when I catch her doing this again.

Mine also scratches her head with a bell on a toy. She does this with the plastic clothespin every day :)

I caught mine doing this for the first time last night. His toy is made out of pop sickle sticks. I tried to get a video, but he got too excited when I got near his cage.

i have a green cheek too who also did something like that but with a tree branch to carefully scratch its eye.
