  • I watched this earlier this week - and LOVED this cuz I have terrible sinus issues. I'm trying this next time I have an attack. You actually sound like you have a cold here! (hope not!) I do the Tarzan tap when I'm on my T-Zone vibration machine and it works!

  • @ljhurley yes i was struggling with a cold.... inspiration to share helpful tips with my friends :-)

  • Great tips. Now how much time do you spend at each of these points? Just doing it for a couple seconds and moving on works all while deep breathing? And do you repeat the pattern and if so how often?

  • @julieannecase 3-5 breaths on each point, ideally you can repeat the pattern 2-3 times per treatment and treat 2-3 times per day. best to follow your bodies guidance and remember that a little self care goes a long way :-)

  • Timely, as fall allergy season is hitting with full force. Thank you for these tips, I look forward to putting them into practice. Just remembering to breath in deeply is a wonderful reminder!
