Hello Again Mr. Choo...... When you get some more time, PLEASE upload some more tours of the area. Your more on top of things out there and give a more REALISTIC view / information of the neighborhoods then anyone else I'm busy here at TLC (network) not much time on my hands now. How much time in advance do you need to give personal showings? When I'm at that point, can you send me a Paper list of homes in our price range? What are the taxes in the Triangle..per acre, per square foot etc..

@GasserGlass Hi There, for personal showing, we typically need at least 24 hours advance notice, yes of course we can send you a list of homes that fit your criteria when you are ready. In terms of property taxes in California, they are approximately 1.25% of the purchase price on an annual basis.

@waqasanees Yes, a foreigner can buy a property here for all cash without any issue, if you do not have cash you must have at least 50% cash to get a loan.
