there is a car in gta 4 with no top. use that car, go to chase point, get a hooker and if you keep driving in chase point you'll see an AUTOPARTS store written in red, go parallel to it you'll see a small narrow ally hidden with a no parking sign.Park in there and get the 70$ service.You can see the action by a closer look due to the narrow road and a much bigger window to see because there is no top , njoy!
