rjsongwriter, remember that this is a European cruise line. The Poesia is the only one that even offers complimentary coffee or juice and only when it's in the Caribbean. I'm sure a European would be disappointed, for example, with the quality of coffee on an American ship, but on an MSC ship you'll get an amazing espresso or cappuccino at every turn.

OMG I WENT ON THIS SHIP I HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE TIME I WAS DIEING TO GET BACK I COULDN'T STAND THE ATTITUDE OF THE CREW AND THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING.

We saw that ship in nassau was it fun

@chathamshawn It was okay, but no comparison to my favorite cruise line, Carnival, and some others. It was a steal of a deal - two weeks for the price of one - so we thought we'd try it. We probably won't do another cruise with MSC, but for the price it was okay.

I just got off a two cruise, the ship was nice but where was the service?

If I wanted to buy water, pop a drink, then there are people waiting to serve me. But if you want free coffee, free water or the free juice at breakfast time then it is quicker if you go and get it yourself. There is a guy walking up and down with coffee once every 30 mins. or so.

Next time, MSC will be the 2nd last, line to pick from. COSCO is the last.
