white people need to chill. yes there are japenese there but there are also alot of americans and their children hafus who basically are white anyway so white people or caucasians whatever dont worry youll fit in..

@1009stumpy My experience was that their were tons of people who were very nice to me and none that weren't. I had many people offer to help me out when I wasn't even looking for help.  It is the safest country on earth. You should go their if you want to. You won't regret it.

@AgileHProductions well you would blend with in with the half japenese people pretty well because they thend to look pretty white. but you wouldnt blend in with the japenese

The Japanese people love Americans...as long as politeness, kindness, and respect for the Japanese people and their customs are kept. Even the most hard-nosed American-skeptic appreciates a young man or woman showing deep respect for an older Japanese man or woman.
