This is the version I remember best. Much better than Roger Miller's version even though he wrote it. Maybe it's the Australian accent!

This song was written by Roger Miller. It's a bit serious for him, though. I saw Bobby and Laurie play it at a (dry) disco called Combine held on Saturday nights at Adelaide's Marion shopping centre, probably early 1970. They were great.
