Poor comment, very poor comment. Is Capt. Sullenberger still working? Yes. Its your duty as a pilot to fly the aircraft and follow procedure in the event of an emergency.

Ive been on that plan and with that pilot many time working out on san nick . that landing was easy for him.You should be on that bad bow when he ls landing in 80 mph cross wind gusts out on the island . Change of undies where a must to pack i tell ya.

Belly landings, wheels up. Kind of routine are they not? Does anyone even spill their coffee? There are heaps of these landings on You Tube. Cliches, really great skilled pilot, nobody even a scratch. Any pilot worth his salt that can land on wheels can land on the belly.
Plane comes in slow, there are a few sparks, plane stops. Every one says "wow" what a really great pilot he was. Ho Hum......
