No album in my collection comes in as strongly as X's debut..Side one M80s your senses with this..side two kicks off with Los Angeles.. Strongest one-two punch of any band I've ever heard.

i lived in LA 1980-1984 when I was 21-25 and went to a LOT of X shows...they will always be my favorite band! they were unbelievably exhilarating back in the day

I have always had them at my top 10 of all time! As they didnt get put out to citys as Sacramento Ca etc ,dicovering them then was my good fortune! Many times Ive played them and everyone said WHOS THAT? I remember the power and sheer talent in their live shows, as being a physical experience , I couldnt sit still! I can now, but in my old fat head!! im dancing! Joe Jackson &X 2 of the best i ever saw
