    Anyways... I don't have a tighten butt, but I really want to. When I squeeze my butt then I can feel the muscles, but when I have it normal my butt is like... not tighten at all. It's kinda freaking me out. What if it never will get tighten? Am I doing something wrong? Or maybe I have to be more patient and wait..?

  • @ddaniella1 Everyday you do the workouts you will improve. Practice squeezing your butt at all times of the day. It will improve your mental muscular connection. Do not give up, don't ever give up. Do it right and get it tight. Quitters never win and winners never quit :)

  • This is a fantastic routine! I like how it really singles out the zone that I want to work on and the format (shorter video with intended repetition) makes it easy to fit in to the rest of my day.

  • @yoyummyor Just in case it's a really noticeable difference, or you're noticing that your dominant hand/arm is the one that seems to be under greater strain, take note of how you're holding your weights when we bring them together for tricep curls. Is one weight always "on top" of the other? If the weight of the barbells leans one way or the other, it can put greater strain on one arm as you work. The easiest solution is to switch up which weight is on top every other time you do the routine.
