i ate normally its just smaller portions and a curbed appetite i didnt change anything i dont think you need to change your food or meal plan just to diet

you're honestly my inspiration to finally go ahead with my weight loss. thank you >.< ! i've not been strict with my portions or anything and in fact i think the more i think about losing weight or eating less, i eat more ? but now, watching your videos, i'm really gonna go thru with this. being 5'1 224 pounds is not fun anymore.
