I agree with what you're saying but you're talking about something entirely different. My response was that I didn't agree that *this* video justified why Taka is E rank. I'll repeat what I said earlier: "you can't blame tiers for *that* play there". Note that I'm not disagreeing with Taka's E rank, nor denying that Jacky is a tough matchup.

You have no idea how good Jacky is against Taka. Most characters cannot get the damage he can in a P guaranteed situation (compare to Eileen PP6P or Shun PK). Top Takas will chicken in general but against Jacky it is required b/c you will get fucked even if one of his smaller moves whiffs.

You don't need to be able to launch Taka high up in the air, some characters can do the same or more damage against him just like with normal characters.

Come on man, you can't blame tiers for that play there. You ate almost every Jacky 6P he threw out, and never punished him properly when you guarded 6PK. I won't even comment on Jacky's guaranteed PP6PK since it's a tradeoff for not being able float Taka high, and the double low punch off the bounce while it looks annoying only adds another 9pts, so that's hardly worth mentioning IMO.
