This is my first test run of my jet engine project, running on liquid fuel (kerosene).
At the start of the clip the engine is already warming up on propane; after bringing her up to sustaining speed on propane you can see me closing the bypass needle valve until the fuel pressure rises enough to send kero to the engine. After that, you can see me shutting the propane off so the engine is being fueled only on kero. This test was very successful, with clean operation and lots of power evident.
I turned the needle valve a little too fast and the power jumped right up when the kero started to flow. This is just a matter of becoming accustomed to operating things correctly.
