  • Macros, please.

  • @AmericanFitnessGuru It really isn't difficult to calculate yourself (and it will be more accurate).

Calculate how much peanut butter you used, then your protein powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder (only 10 extra calories) and divide each macro total by how many you ended up making.

I don't like to put the nutritional information on recipes with protein powder because chances are not everyone's protein is the exact same.

  • I just made these and the mix was incredibly oily. Like drenched and dripping oil. Should I pour out the peanut butter oil? I thought you were supposed to mix it.

  • @SidnacGlitz Dunno if we have that in Denmark.

  • @jeppe2299 It a sweetener from the Stevia plant, natural, does not spike blook sugar level. Usually next to the Splenda and other sweeteners at the grocery store. Stevia has a little bit of an after taste - so it might take same getting use to. :-)

  • What's Stevia???

  • what ever happened to pb2 i only stopped using it bcuz of the trans fat

  • no macros? cmon duudee

  • I just wanted say that I really appreciate your protein recipe video's. I had Bariatric surgery in July and I started losing handfuls of hair because I wasn't getting enough Protein in daily. It is nice to find different ways to get the protein in without drinking them all the time.. Can't wait to try this one and several other ones you have posted. THANK YOU!!

  • I've seen something like this before, you can also add raisins instead of sugar for sweetness and also slivered almonds for extra vitamins :) Or even some shredded coconut

  • how big is your protein scoop? I used 4 of mine and it was wayyyy too much

  • Can't wait to try. These could almost be a truffle, only with P.B. I'm going to roll in a bit of unsweetened coconut; or 1 oz. of finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate when I'm craving real choc. Thanks Michael! Keep working healthy recipes for us.
