God does indeed love us. Good video...The thing is getting to know God for yourself by spending time with him. He will be a friend to you. I am a living witness. Live your life to please God and not man. If you seek him you will find him. Let every person work out their own salvation. When you come to the end of your journey you will know that God was there all the time through the good and bad times.

About 30.000 children under the age of 5 have died in agony of starvation in the last 24 hours. If you are believer then you must believe they are sinners and are being punished.
I'm not a believer, and I feel that humans should be solving the problems of the world and not grovelling about in demeaning, futile attempts to gain a satisfactory afterlife for themselves.
There's no heaven, no hell, no god, no soul; just a lot of good/bad/poor/rich humans who should be working to make things better.

@visionfudge The origins of the universe matter little to me. What matters is that it exists now.

@visionfudge To say that everything has a creator except God is a logical fallacy. It's called special pleading. Even if there was a creator, you have no way of discerning whether it was your God or someone else's.
I used to live in Israel and I studied the Bible in great detail. The God of the Bible is unjust, jealous, and a hypocrite. The Bible IS full of errors. I recommend C. Dennis McKinsey's book: "Bible Errancy: A Reference Guide".
I'm sorry, but I must ask, Do you have ANY evidence for God's existence? How can you people live in such a delusion?

@iknorock23 Thanks for taking the time to comment, and for your question.
I do understand your thinking - I used to think exactly the same way!
As for evidence, we could start with creation - every building has a builder, and everything made has a maker. God has revealed himself to us in the Bible too. I'd encourage you to seek him out there.
We have a number of clips that address this subject to varying degrees. Feel free to check 'em out on our channel page. Cheers.

@visionfudge You sound just like Ray Comfort. The argument from design is easily debunked. You believe that God created all of nature, and that nature is therefore proof of God's existence. That is circular logic. Creation is not proof of a creator. You must prove the universe to be designed, you can't merely say it is because it is complex. As for the Bible, it is just a book. Dumbledore can be found in the Harry Potter series.
I don't mean to sound rude, you seem like a nice guy.

@iknorock23 haha, well we're both from NZ, so we've got that in common!
As much as you can't understand my belief for God, I can't see how you could say that creation is not evidence for a Creator? As I said earlier, everything made has to have a maker. How can that be denied?
And as for the Bible being just a book. Not bad, for a bunch of simple fishermen to write the most profound book ever written, then - one that has dramatically changed the lives of millions of people all over the world :)

@visionfudge Ah, I see where we differ. I very much understand your belief in God, what I don't understand is how you can persist in believing in him. You are correct in a way; everything made does have a maker. However, you cannot prove that the universe was 'made'. Also, who made God, then?
The Bible has become the most profound book ever written thanks to two thousand years of proselytizing and violence. It is filled with errors and is in no way, shape, or form the word of a divine being.

@iknorock23 So you contend the universe has always been then? Otherwise, it had to be created. God, by definition, has no creator - he has always existed and he is the starting and end point.
I agree, horrible things have and are being done in God's name - but that does not mean God endorses any of them.
I'd encourage you to look deeper in to the Bible text. There really are no errors, and in my experience, any seeming contradictions or paradoxes are easily explained by looking deeper in to it.
