This is from a famous (Mandarin) Bikini Bar album properly known as 綜藝嘉年華. That title was used on the original VCD release while the LD-version was known as 酒廊情歌【美女舞台秀】Volume 1. These versions have Roman Spelling on the video. For those of you wondering, this MV is from an LD-converted-to-DVD disc, so that's why the quality looks good haha.
On a related note, 彗星 (which is better-known as 金碟豹) has also released this album with different song title animation, song title and lyrics font, and (the biggest difference) NO Roman Spelling. That album is called 超級美女泳裝秀 and is mixed with various MVs from 酒廊情歌【美女舞台秀】Volume 1, 2, and 3.

As pretty as these models look, they are actually lyp-syncing and NOT really singing these songs. The REAL singers are 龍飄飄 (Long Piau Piau) and 林翠萍 (Lin Cui Ping).

These girls may look similar from the 【十二大美女 (閩南語)】album, but to clear any misconceptions, this is NOT the official 【十二大美女 (國語)】album. That is a COMPLETELY different album, which I'll post more info about later.

This song was originally written in 福建 (Hokkien) and the original singer (of that version) is 陳小雲 (Chen Xiao Yun). The original singer of the Mandarin version (which is this one) is 龍飄飄, although other artists have also covered this song like 卓依婷 (Timi Zhuo) and 韓寶儀 (Han Bao Yi).
