I think its unfair. People mostly just vent their negative feelings on the internet to get it out of their system, it doesnt reflect how their attitude would be at work. No one acts the same at work as they do with friends, do they?

I think that when people put certain things on the internet , they need to be well aware of the fact that ANYBODY can see it but I don't think that a person should get fired for something that they said... I mean COME ON !

Valid concerns and questions... I'm an old guy (comparatively speaking), yet born into a world that is more concerned about show business and entertainment than practically anything else, thanks to the internet we're all in show business in one way or another. Life is a Stage (right?)... A public life is public... The internet is not a smart place to vent... It has no memory, it simply exists (and probably forever).
