actually... i just use AP tuner (which has stretch tables for different types of pianos) all i have is a tuning hammer and a Popsicle stick (for a mute) i don't even need that felt ribbon. i tuned a piano to a432 and it sounds great. tuning pianos is simple enough just arduous because you're it's like 235 strings which all have to be in perfect unison. I'd like to work on some more pianos and get it down to an art/science. and see how efficient i can get.
I agree with the fellow below, don't add any excess oil, if any, to you tuning pins, the tension will cause the tune to last longer.
