not really, the rotation is caused by the lean of your legs pulling the buttom half of your body backwards

actually shima fagget, your supposed to tuck at the pinacle of your jump, and im pretty sure the pinacle isnt right when you begin jumping...this guy does it perfectly. its a good textbook backflip. you know that because he landed in the same spot he jumped in. so fuck off ya whore
