you could count the first bar as 10/8 of course but somehow I hear it more as 5/4

The Time signature is as follows.
up to the 15 second mark ie 16 bars it is 5/4 6/8 6/8 2/4 then from 16 seconds till 31 seconds ie 16 its 6/8 7/8 7/8 6/8.
the song is a combination of these patterns
